By accessing or using NowUCme ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NowUCme.

👤 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use NowUCme. By using the App, you confirm that:

You are at least 13 years of age
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
All information you provide is accurate and truthful

🔐 Account Responsibilities

Creating an Account

Provide a valid email and unique username
Maintain confidentiality of your password
Verify your email before using the App
Do not create multiple accounts or impersonate others

Account Security

You are responsible for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
We are not liable for losses from unauthorized account use

📍 How NowUCme Works

Discovery Feature

The app uses GPS to show nearby users
Enabling "Discover Mode" makes your profile visible to nearby users
Other users can see your display name, profile picture, and social media links
You may disable Discover Mode at any time

Location Sharing

Location sharing is voluntary
Other users see only approximate distance, not exact coordinates
Location data is deleted when Discovery Mode is turned off

✅ Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app lawfully. You must NOT:

❌ Harass, threaten, or harm users
❌ Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
❌ Stalk or track users without consent
❌ Use the app for spam or solicitation
❌ Attempt to access others' accounts
❌ Hack, reverse engineer, or tamper with the app
❌ Upload viruses or malicious code
❌ Violate any laws or regulations

📝 Content Policy

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload
You grant the app permission to display your content to other users
You must have rights to the content you upload

Prohibited Content

Nudity or sexually explicit material
Hate speech or violent content
Illegal activity or promotion of illegal acts
Content infringing intellectual property rights

🔒 Privacy & Data

Your use of NowUCme is governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to:

Collection of location data when Discover Mode is enabled
Display of your profile to nearby users
Storage of your account information and social links
Receiving service-related emails (verification, security alerts)

⛔ Termination

Your Rights

You may delete your account anytime
All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Our Rights

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity
Harm or harass other users
Abuse or misuse the app

⚠️ Disclaimers

As-Is Service

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. The service may not be error-free or uninterrupted.

Location Accuracy

GPS data may not always be accurate.

Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for content on external platforms.

User Interactions

Interactions with other users are at your own risk. We are not liable for disputes, harassment, or harm that occurs between users.

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NowUCme is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

🤝 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NowUCme harmless from claims, damages, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Violations of laws or third-party rights
Your use of the App
Content you upload or share

📝 Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Kerala, India.
